Processing Time

Our processing time varies upon season. To view the most accurate and current processing time, add your item(s) to cart and view on the cart page. Your email confirmation will also give you an expected processing time. If you need your item(s) sooner than the expected date, contact us and let us know the date you would need it by prior to ordering.

 

Installation Instructions

Hanging hardware is included but not attached on our wood signs for safe and damage-free shipping and for the convenience of our customers hanging and displaying preferences. 

We include saw-tooth hangers and small nails for easy hanging. Simply hammer in the small nails in the saw tooth hanger holes into the framed portion on the back of the sign. 

Charming Wood Home is not liable for any damages, accidents, or injury of any kind.

 

Returns or Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product is damaged or otherwise incorrect upon arrival due to shipping. If this is the case, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order or upon the estimated arrival date range. Please attach 2-3 pictures of the damage or defect. From that point, we can address the issue and offer a return or exchange. We are also not responsible for lost or missing packages, if packages become lost please contact the specific mailing courier with your tracking information. Thank you!

 

Cancellations and Shipping Address

We do not accept cancellations. Please overview and double-check your shipping address to confirm that it is correct upon ordering. Our items are made to order and once an order is placed it goes into production. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or changed payment information. If you have put in the incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. However, we cannot guarantee that we can update the shipping information on your order. We are not responsible for handling any incurred fees or replacing your order due to incorrect shipping address information.
